Amanda is a writer, editor, and reporter based in New York City. She currently works as a freelance copywriter and Talent Management Assistant at Baker Entertainment. Previously, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of Your Magazine, Emerson College’s only monthly lifestyle publication and as a Marketing Assistant at The Berman Group.
She is adept at writing compelling, creative copy that aligns with brand voice and marketing strategy. An experienced interviewer and researcher, Amanda has also written a wide variety of journalistic pieces, including feature stories, pop culture takes, theatre and film critique, and traditional news stories. Her aim is always to develop topics that capture her interest into narratives that foster empathy and ignite change.
Amanda is a graduate of Emerson College with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and minors in Psychology and Environmental Studies.
